HUT HIKES

Day 1
Ascend to Windachtal valley and continue to Siegerland Hut where you spend the night (2,710m).
Hiking time: 4.5 hrs

Day 2
Fantastic hike via Gamsplatzl at 3,019 m. Short descend to Hildesheimer Hut (2,900m) where you spend the night.
Hiking time: 3.5 hrs

Day 3
Descend to Windachtal valley and continue to Fiegls Gasthaus. Walk past lake Seekarsee and Himmelsleiter to your next lodging, the Hochstubai Hut at 3,174m.
Hiking time: 4.5 hrs

Day 4
Descend via lake Laubkarsee to Kleble Alm hut and back to Sölden. Outstanding memories will stay with you forever ...

Day 1
Vent - Martin Busch Hut (2,500m) - Similaun Hut (3,019m) - back to Martin Busch Hut - overnight.
Hiking time: approx. 4.5 hrs to Similaun Hut and approx. 1.5 hrs back to Martin Busch Hut.

Day 2
Martin Busch Hut - via Saykogel peak (3,360m) to Hochjoch Hospiz (2,413m) - overnight. Surefootedness and a good head for heights required.
Hiking time: approx. 6-7 hrs

Day 3
From Hochjoch Hospiz to Mittlere Guslarspitze (3,151m).
Hiking time: approx. 3 hrs. Descent to Hochjoch Hospiz.
Hiking time: approx. 2 hrs; via Höhenweg trail to Vernagt Hut (2,755m).
Hiking time: approx. 2 hrs. Overnight.

Day 4
Vernagt Hut - Breslauer Hut (2,848m). Hiking time: approx. 2.5 hrs. Further towards Wilder Mann (3,019m).
Hiking time: approx. 1.5 hrs Back to the hut - overnight.

Day 5
Breslauer Hut - Wildspitze (3,774m), only with certified mountain guide - rope & crampons are required! Descent to Vent - overnight.
Hiking time: 2 hrs

Day 1
Vent - double chairlift to the Stablein top station (2,360m) - on to the peak of Wilder Mann (3,019m), down to Breslauer Hut (2848 m) - overnight.
Hiking time: approx. 4.5 hrs

Day 2
Breslauer Hut - Vernagt Hut (2,755m) - Hochjoch Hospiz (2,413m) - overnight.
Hiking time: approx. 4.5 hrs

Day 3
Hochjoch Hospiz via Saykogel (3,360m) to Martin-Busch Hut - overnight.
Hiking time: approx. 6 hrs

Day 4
Martin-Busch Hut - Similaun Hut - site where the Iceman was found - back to Martin-Busch Hut - overnight.
Hiking time: approx. 5 hrs

Day 5
Martin-Busch Hut - Kreuzspitze (3,457m) - back to the hut - down to Vent - overnight.
Hiking time: 7.5 hrs

Less experienced hikers are well advised to enlist the services of a mountain guide!

Glacier crossings are only possible with rope and in a group!
