Horlachtal track: 10 km classic style, 10 km skating - intermediate

Matau track: 4 km classic style - intermediate

Sunny Plateau: 5 km classic style, 5 km skating - easy

Health-oriented cross country skiing: 17 - 24 January 2009 and 24 -31 January 2009
