ICE CLIMBING IN THE ÖTZTAL

An infinite number of exciting tours for all ages are at your disposal on Ötztal‘s countless waterfalls. Most access routes are easy to reach or located next to the road, with plenty of parking areas. Some waterfalls also feature permanent hooks and anchor points for ultimate training units.

Number of tours:
80 to 100 tours of different ability levels
Height of waterfalls: up to 200m, depending on weather conditions
Belaying: some anchor hooks are drilled already, but in most parts the fixing of ice screws is required
